Description
Dictador 12 Years Rum is a Colombian distillery rum obtained from the fermentation of virgin sugarcane juice distilled partly in a copper still and partly in stainless steel continuous and discontinuous column stills to obtain a medium-bodied rum. Aged for 12 years in ex Boubon oak barrels to obtain a warm, complex and deep rum.
Organoleptic characteristics:
It has an intense, luminescent amber colour. The nose is rich and deep, releasing hints of sweet spices such as vanilla and cinnamon, sweetness of tropical fruit, chestnut honey and caramel. Soft, warm and round in the mouth with a long and pleasantly fresh finish.
