Tà ganan, a wine produced in small quantities, a blend of Vijariego Negro, Negramol, Moscatel Negra, Listán Negro and Listan Gacho. The grapes come from vines planted without grafting on volcanic soil in an ancient vineyard typical of Tenerife called Margalagua and situated on a steep slope above the Atlantic Ocean. Organoleptic characteristics:
Ruby red with orange hues. Intense taste profile, rich in fruit, flowers, wild herbs and spices, almost turning to smoky notes. On the palate, the wine is rich and savoury, mineral and with pleasant saline notes, but also balsamic and resinous. It is an elegant wine with a fresh and long aftertaste.
Storage time:
over 15 years
Vinification
Fermentation takes place with whole bunches and the wine is then aged in neutral French oak barrels for 11 months
