The company's origin and evolution is closely linked to the history of the Bonollo family, which was already experimenting with the centuries-old art of making grappa in the Vicenza Pre-Alps in the second half of the 19th century. The earliest evidence of the distillers' professional activity dates back to 1908: the year to which the oldest production report of which we have a copy dates and which refers to Giuseppe Bonollo, the progenitor of the most important dynasty of Grappa producers in existence today. In 1995 the fourth generation joined the company, promoting research and development to perfect the Bonollo Unique System: over 170 years of distilling experience integrated with the most advanced technology to obtain distillates that stand out for their undisputed quality. In 2016 the company was awarded in Montecitorio as "Eccellenza Italiana", the prestigious prize given to 100 Italian Made in Italy companies distinguished for quality, creativity and excellence. Grappas characterised by a wide and typical range of aromas, but also distinguished, in the mouth, by a cleanliness and lightness that satisfy the hedonistic demands of the most modern consumers

Description

The base of Bonollo's Taste Dorange is the fine Grappa OF Amarone Barrique, distilled from selected marc of Amarone grapes and aged in French oak barriques for a minimum of 18 months. The key ingredient that makes Bonollo's Taste Dorange a special liqueur is the infusion of Sicilian orange peels. A versatile liqueur that can be enjoyed neat, with ice, or used to prepare cocktails. Free of added flavourings and colourings

Organoleptic characteristics:

It sparkles in the colours, from straw to golden hues, and in the flavours, from the palate entrance expressing fresh citrus notes to the warmer, livelier and richer tones of Grappa OF Amarone Barrique. It enhances a prism of sensoriality that ranges from the typical notes of orange to tones reminiscent of candied fruit, dried fruit and the world of spices.

Storage time:

over 10 years

Vinification

Distillation of the pomace from Amarone della Valpolicella raisins and subsequent ageing in French oak barrels. The oranges, carefully selected for their quality and freshness, are infused into the grappa for an optimal period of time to extract the maximum of their aroma and flavour.
