Description
From a blend of grapes from several micro-zones in the Rotaliana plain characterised by predominantly sandy soils and different quality requirements comes 'Foradori'. a fresh, pulpy and fragrant red wine, resembling a real grape juice
Organoleptic characteristics:
Intense ruby red colour. The nose is characterised by crisp fruit and floral notes, with hints of red flowers, violets, spices and blueberries. The palate is fresh, agile and fruity, with a slightly almondy finish
Storage time:
2-6 years
Vinification
Gentle destemming without crushing. Depending on the vintage in maceration
whole stalks are used for 10-15 days. Spontaneous fermentation in cement vats from
15 to 40 hl.
