Description

Aorivola is made from pure Falanghina grapes grown on volcanic soils in the Sannio Beneventano area with extremely low yields. fresh, fragrant and thirst-quenching. Sincere and straightforward, a rich, yet straightforward, streamlined and nervous Falanghina that stands out from the others, showing all its 'Casertano character' in full.
Organic and biodynamic farming. Unfiltered, unclarified wine

Organoleptic characteristics:

Bright doarto yellow colour. The nose is ample with hints of ripe peach, citrus fruits, white flowers. Full-bodied on the palate with a nice saline component and great balance.

white meat, medium-aged cheeses, fish first courses, seafood risottos, vegetable flans

Vinification

Vinified with indigenous yeasts, skin contact for 12 hours and refined in cement without clarification or filtration.
