Altamura Distilleries was born out of a love for Puglia, food and spirits. The entrepreneurial project, conceived by three American friends, has focused on Altamura wheat to obtain a vodka with the purest essence of the raw material.
Description
This premium quality vodka is made from a blend of ancient local varieties of durum wheat grown in Altamura, Apulia. Altamura Vodka meets the chemical-physical criteria laid down in the specification defining the PDO of Pane di Altamura. That is why this product is simply unique.
Organoleptic characteristics:
Limpid and crystal clear with delicate and slightly sweet hints typical of the terroir that Altamura wheat semolina conveys. Soft and elegant on the palate.

Vinification
is distilled and filtered through activated carbon, a process that makes it pure and silky smooth, preserving the sweetness and uniqueness of the grain used.
