It has an enveloping and rich bouquet. Intensely spicy on the nose and characterised by aromas of red fruit, ripe jammy cherries, tobacco and black pepper. The palate feels intense and fruity. This wine is very elegant and full-bodied, with soft tannins and long persistence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A perfect wine to accompany earthy dishes, mature cheeses, it is excellent with stews, braised and grilled red meats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wine <strong>Ripasso Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC <\/strong>has now become a cult wine among the most popular classics. The second fermentation of the Valpolicella base on the Amarone marc gives it structure and a pleasant complexity of aromas.
