As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the shipping code (tracking). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can check the status of your shipment directly from the GLS website<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Can I cancel an order placed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yes, you can cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">RETURNS AND REFUNDS<\/span><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What to do if the shipment arrives broken or tampered with?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you receive one or more damaged bottles, please contact Customer Service immediately by email or telephone. You will be offered a full refund or product replacement. You may be asked to email some photos of the damaged bottle with a description of the damage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>If my wine has an unpleasant corky smell?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Should you experience this problem, please contact Customer Support immediately by email or telephone.    Your bottle will be replaced or you will be refunded.  You may be asked to send us the bottle with the original cork and packaging. The wine must be returned with at least 2\/3 of the contents.
